Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lavela Mart Is Not Responsible for Any Customs and Taxes Applied to Your Order. All Fees Imposed During or After Shipping Are the Customer's Responsibility (Tariffs, Taxes, Etc.).

Damages and Issues

If Your Order Arrives Damaged, or If You Receive the Wrong Item, Be Sure to Get in Touch with Our Support Team Immediately at support@lavelamart.com. The Customer Must Provide Photographs and Video of the Damaged Product Within Three (3) Business Days of Receipt of the Damaged Product and Packaging in Which the Product Was Delivered in Order to Receive a Refund or Replacement of the Product That Was Damaged. Please refer to “Appendix A” for Further Guidelines on Photographic and Video Evidence of Damages.

Shipping Restrictions

We Currently Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
